3. Coach Responsibilities

Coaches on Athlosphere are independent contractors. While we verify certifications, Athlosphere is not liable for the specific training methods or outcomes of individual sessions.

4. Payment Terms

All payments are processed in INR (₹). Users agree to pay all fees associated with the selected coaching sessions at the time of booking.

5. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Chandigarh.
